Handmade epoxy resin mushroom toadstool with hand punched real leather. Blues, yellows, greens and browns.
Colourful leather strips, hand punched and cast in a mushroom shaped mold with raised outline - making it a (very) shallow dish. 
Shades of brown have been used in the mushroom’s stalk and gradient shades of blue to green for it’s cap, with contrasting sunflower yellow circles. The strips don’t touch, allowing light to shine through the crystal clear epoxy resin. The reverse side has a rough texture. 
All the leather has been hand punched. Approximately 15 different leather types have been used.
