Midcentury miniature arm chair for doll or small child. Salesman sample.

It looks very much like a Parker Knoll chair. But without taking bits to pieces to search for a mark, I can’t confirm this.

A very small, but perfectly formed high back chair with curved wooden arms and a yellowish green velour type fabric covering.

There are two colour coded buttons to the back rest, and a shaped top section for neck support. The seat has a deliberately shaped dip in the centre, for comfort! You can see the supports underneath the chair as this has been left exposed. Presumably to show customers the build quality of the chair. The curved supports are made from a hard material, slightly crackled. I can’t say if it’s thick leather that’s perished, or another hard material that’s started to slightly crackle.
